615 a or d game misconducts result in a one game suspension plus a $200 team fine.

615 f game misconducts result in a 3 game suspension (per USAH rules) plus a $200 team fine.

 

Abuse 

601 d game misconducts result in a one game suspension and a $200 team fine if a player is assessed the penalty; 1 game suspension, but no fine if a coach is assessed the game misconduct.

601 e is an automatic match penalty per USAH rules.  No fine with the match penalty.

 

Rule 404

Two misconducts (10 min penalties) by the same player in the same game result in a game misconduct.  The game misconduct is given in place of the second ten minute misconduct. The second misconduct must be entered as "Second Misconduct (same game).

 

Rule 403 b

Two major penalties in the same game by the same player result in a game misconduct.  This is in addition to the second major and is a 2 game suspension.

 

Rule 411 b

If a team receives 3 or more major penalties in a single game the head coach will receive a one game suspension.

 

Add Up Those Penalties

4 penalties in a game by the same player results in a game misconduct for the player.  12 penalties in a game by one team results in a game misconduct for the head coach.

Double minors and two and ten penalties count as two separate penalties.

There are no longer any stand alone 5 minute major penalties - each 5 minute major is to be accompanied by a game misconduct penalty (the 5 and ten also counts as two separate penalties).
